教师和绿化队员工健康状况的调查分析

目的:观察教师和绿化队员工两类职业对健康状况的影响。方法:分别入选参加体检的教师232例及绿化队员工158例,对其进行自身疾病认知情况调查及常规体格检查。结果:教师组高血压及糖尿病的患病率均高于绿化队组,而两组体检血压、血糖结果无显著差异;教师组对高血压及糖尿病的认知率和治疗依从性优于绿化队组。结论:对自身疾病的认知和治疗依从性影响治疗的效果。

Objective： To observe the different health status between teachers and green team staffs. Methods：232 cases of teachers and 158 cases of green team staffs were enrolled and their own knowledge of the disease and regular physical examination were surveyed. Results： The prevalence rate of hypertension and diabetes was higher in the teacher group than in the green team group. The awareness and treatment compliance of their own disease is better in teachers group than in green team group.There were no significant different of hypertension and blood glucose between the two groups. Conclusions：Disease awareness and treatment compliance influence the treatment effect.
