VEGF和MVD肾母细胞瘤组织中的表达及意义

摘要 目的:检测肾母细胞瘤(nephrohlastoma,wilms tumor,WT)组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和微血管密度(MVD)的表达,并探讨二者与WT病理分型的关系。方法:手术切取50例WT患儿的肿瘤组织,其中为组织结构良好型(FH型)40例,组织结构不良型(UH型)10例。采用免疫组织化学SABC染色法检测其MVD及VEGF表达。结果:MVD值FH型为(50.57±13.01),UH型为(85.92±14.36),两型相比,差异有统计学意义(t=7.535,P<0.05)。VEGF表达率在FH型为65.00%,UH型中为60.00%,两型相比,差异无统计学意义(x^2=0.087,P>0.05)。VEGF阳性者MVD值为(65.70±16.88),VEGF阴性者为(48.18±18.13),两型相比,差异有统计学意义(t=3.534,P<0.05)。结论:WT组织中MMP-7和VEGF的表达与肿瘤侵袭转移和发展有关,可被认为是肾母细胞侵袭性标志,对WT的临床分期和病理分级及其预后有一定的意义。 Objective:Detection of Wilms tumor (nephrohlastoma, wilms tumor, WT) tissues of VEGF, mierovesel density(MVD) expression and clinical stage and pathological grade relationships.Methods:50 eases of HE staining nephroblastoma sections were affirmed arid histopathologic types were classified.40 cases had favorable histologic(FH) types, and 10 cases had unfavorable histologic (OH) types. The expression of MVD and VEGF were measured retrospectively with immunohistochemical staining (SABC).Results:The MVD in UH cases (85.92±14.36) was significantly higher than that in FH cases (50.57±13.01),the difference had statisical signnificance(P〈0.05).The VEGF expression rate was 65.00% in FH type and 60.00% in UH type, there was no statisical signnifieance(P〉0.05).The MVD in VEGF positive group (65.70-a:16.88) was higher than that of VEGF negative group (4.18±18.13),the difference had statisical signnificnoce (P〈0.05). Conclusion:WT tissue VEGF and MVD expression and tumor invasion,metastasis and development,can be considered invasive signs of Wilms on WT's clinical stage and pathologic grade and prognosis significance.
