三腔双气囊导尿管与普通导尿管在耻骨上前列腺切除术后应用的比较

Applied Contrast of SQS and PTQ in Suprapubic Prostatectomy

目的:比较三腔双气囊导尿管(SQS)与普通导尿管(PTQ)在耻骨上前列腺切除术后的应用,观察临床疗效及安全性。方法:在我院40例耻骨上前列腺切除术患者中,平均分成使用SQS和PTQ导尿管各20例,就术后出血量,术后膀胱冲洗时间,留置导尿管时间及术后并发症的发生及疗效进行比较。结果:两组患者手术前后国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS),生活质量评分(QUL),最大尿流率(MFR)和残余尿(PVR)比较,均得到显著改善,两组之间相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后出血量:SQS组少于PTQ组,术后膀胱冲洗时间及留置导尿管时间:SQS组小于PTQ组。结论:两种导尿管治疗效果相同,但SQS术后出血量少,术后膀胱冲洗时间及留置导尿管时间短,有较好发展前景。

Objective：To observe Clinical therapeutic effects and safety about Applied contrast of SQS and PTQ in suprapubic prostatectomy.Methods：There were 40 patients of suprapubic prostatectomy in our hospital and put up the SQS group 20 cases and the PTQ group 20 cases, compared with postoperative bleeding volume, the times of bladder irrigation and retention type catheter, postoperative complications and therapeutic effects.Results：The two groups in perioperatively had amelioration remarkably in IPSS,QUL,MFR and PVR .Compared with the PTQ group, the SQS group had not significance distinction （P〉0.05）.but compared with the PTQ group, the SQS group＇s postoperative bleeding volume were fewer, the times of bladder irrigation and retention type catheter were shorter.Conclusion：There were same therapeutic effects in two groups,but SQS had more development prospect ,because the SQS group＇s postoperative bleeding volume were fewer, the times of bladder irrigation and retention type catheter were shorter
