糖尿病足的低场MRI影像表现

The Low-field MRI Appearance of Diabetic Foot

目的:探讨MRI对糖尿病足的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析23例30足糖尿病足的MRI影像特点,总结其MRI影像表现,明确MRI对糖尿病足的诊断价值。结果:糖尿病足MRI表现:①软组织水肿,②软组织溃疡,③骨髓炎,④神经性骨关节病,⑤关节腔积液,⑥关节脱位。结论:MRI可清晰显示糖尿病足的病理变化特点,对糖尿病足的影像诊断具有较高的临床实用价值。

Objective：To investigate the diagnostic value of MRl of diabetic foot.Methods：The MRI imaging of 30 feet were reviewed,to investigate the diagnostic value of MR1 of diabetic foot.Results：The MRI imaging of diabetic foot：（1）edema of soft tissue,（2）ulcer of tissue soft, （3）osteomyelitis,（4）neurogenic arthropalhy,（5）articular cavity effusion,（6）dislocation of joint Conclusion：The pathologic characters of diabetic foot could be displayed clearly,MRl is valuable in imaging diagnosis of diabetic foot.
