食管癌放疗后镜检疗效分析

Esophageal Cancer Radiotherapy after Anti-bma Efficacy Analysis

目的:观察评价食管癌放射治疗后食管镜检查及疗效。方法:分析50例食管癌放射治疗后患者食管镜检查结果与相关病历资料。部位:食管上段28例,中段15例,下段7例,病变长度3～5cm 23例,>5cm 27例。病理类型:鳞状细胞癌46例,腺癌4例,采用直线加速器行常规放射治疗或三维适形放射治疗。结果:所有入组患者经放射治疗1个月后的不同时间行食管镜检查,镜下示:食管黏膜炎症表现31例,局部未控6例,复发11例,遗漏病灶2例。病变位于胸颈、上段,病变长度<5cm,照射量56～70Gy范围,镜下表现呈食管黏膜炎症表现的患者,其疗效及生存率明显高于病变位子中、下段,病变长度>5cm,镜下表现为管腔狭窄、溃疡、肿物,照射量<55Gy的患者。结论:根治性放射治疗对早中期食管癌可以得到较好的治疗效果。

Objective：Observe evaluation esophageal cancer radiotherapy after esophageal endoscopy and curative effect.Methods： Analysis of 50 cases of esophageal cancer radiotherapy esophageal patients after endoscopy results and related medical records.Parts： Esophageal jodan 28 cases, Middle 15 cases,Under section 7 cases,Lesions length is 3-5cm 23 cases,〉5cm 27 cases.Pathologic types： Squamous cell carcinoma,46 cases,Adenocarcinoma 4 cases,Using linear accelerator line conventional radiotherapy or three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy.Results：All into groups of patients after radiotherapy after one month of different time do esophageal bronchoscopy ,Microscopically：Esophageal mucosal inflammation performance （31 cases）,Local not charged in 6 cases,Recurrence in II cases,Omissions lesions in 2 cases.Lesions located in chest neck,Jodan,Lesions length 〈5cm,The radiation dose 56-70 Gy range,Microscopically performance in esophageal mucosal inflammation performance of patients,Its curative effect and the survival rate was obviously higher than lesions is located in the next section,Lesions length〉5cm,Microscopically performance for the luminal stenosis,ulcers,mass,The radiation dose〈55Gy patients. Conclusion：Radical radiation treatments for early middle esophageal cancer can get better therapeutic effect.
