尿道等离子体双极电切术应用于腺性膀胱炎患者的疗效观察

The Clinical Exploration and Observation on Transurethral Plasma Kinetic Resection for Cystitis Glandularis

目的:探讨尿道等离子体双极电切术应用于腺性膀胱炎患者的临床效果。方法:74例患者被随机分为实验组(n=38)和对照组(n=36),对照组给予膀胱内灌注药物治疗,实验组给予尿道等离子体双极电切术治疗。结果:两组在总有效方面差异无显著意义(P>0.05),但在痊愈率方面差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。对照组为66.7%,实验组达到86.8%,实验组显著优于对照组。结论:尿道等离子体双极电切术应用于腺性膀胱炎患者的治疗是安全有效的,且能显著提高治疗效果,值得在临床上应用和推广。

Objective：To explore the curative effect of transurethral plasma kinetic resection for cystitis glandularis.Methods：74 cases of children patients were randomly divided into experimental group （n=38） and control group （n=36）,contml group were given intravesical therapy, and experimental group were given transurethral plasma kinetic resection.Results：The total effective rate in two groups were had no significant differences （P〉0.05）,but the cure rate showed significant differences （P〈0.05）.Control group was 66.7%,and experimental group reached up to 86.8%,experimental group were significantly better than control group.Conclusion：Transurethral plasma kinetic resection for treatment of cystitis glandularis was safe and effectual, and can significantly enhance treatment effect,so it deserved application and promotion in clinical work.
