腮腺区域性切除术在治疗腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤中的临床应用

Clinical Efficacy of Regional Operation for the Treatment of the Benign Parotid Gland Tumor

目的:探讨采用腮腺区域性切除的方法治疗腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤的临床效果。方法:通过总结唐山市人民医院2001年6月～2007年5月收治的85例腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤患者临床资料,回顾性分析腮腺区域性切除手术(40例)和传统腮腺浅叶切除手术(45例)治疗腮腺浅叶良性肿瘤的效果。结果:采用腮腺区域性切除手术的患者暂时性面瘫、Frey综合症、面部凹陷畸形等方面均优于传统腮腺浅叶切除手术(p<0.05)。两种术式的复发率差异无统计学意义。结论:腮腺区域性切除术降低术后并发症的发生率。

Objective：To evaluate the feasibility of partical superficial parotidectomy in treating the benign parotid gland tumor. Methods：During the period of June 2001 to May 2007,Clinical data Of 85 cases of benign parotid gland tumor were retrospectively analyzed,in which 40 cases treated by regional operation were compared with 45 cases treated by superficial lobe parotidectomy.Results：The temporary facial paralysis and Frey＇s syndromes and facial deformity of the cases treated by regional operation were significantly superior to those treated by superficial lobe parotidectomy.The local recurrence rate between the two treatments had no significant difference.Conclusion：Regional operation of parotid gland can reduce the incidence rate of the complication.
