口腔种植技术的应用

Application of Oral Implantology

目的:探讨口腔种植技术应用的临床效果及操作的注意事项。方法:回顾2008年1月～2009年12月在我院接受种植治疗的475例患者,种植体植入部位、种植体方法、修复方式及定期随访复查等资料。结果:我院患者采用德国的BEGO的种植系统种,患者数量呈现逐渐上升趋势,植骨为124例,占52.10%,未植骨为114例,占47.90%。种植时以出血、下唇麻木所占比例最高,分别为9.60%和1.24%,种植后牙龈炎和感染发病最高,分别为1.11%和1.69%。以1年期种植体松动为主。结论:口腔种植技术不仅能满足患者所需的功能性重建,也可满足种植者的修复美观效果,提高患者的生存质量,因此,口腔种植技术值得推广应用。

Objective：To evaluate the application of oral implantology and points for attention in operation. Methods：A total of 4 788 endosseous implants were consecutively placed from Jan.2008 to Dec.2009 in our hospital, review and analysis of the location,methods of oral implantology, methods of repair and follow-up data, and so on.Results：475 cases were Bego implant,788 endosseous were divided into 6 area in oral. 124 cases were bone grafting,the ratio is 52.10%; 114cases weren＇t bone grafting,the ratio is 48.90%.The most complication of oral implantology were blooding and stupor of underlip,the ratio is 9.60% and 1.24% .The most complication after oral implantology were gingivitis and infection,the ratio is 9.60% and 1.24%.The most accident is looseness for l-year.Conclusion：Oral implantology can fill people＇s functional and Aesthetic requirements,it should applied further.
