摘要 目的:探讨不同快通道外科技术对面神经显微血管减压术后患者舒适度的影响。方法:将60例接受面神经显微血管减压术的面肌痉挛患者随机分成两组:S组术中麻醉维持采用吸入七氟烷和静脉泵注雷米芬太尼,P组采用静脉泵注丙泊酚和雷米芬太尼。观察两组患者术后苏醒质量、舒适度、疼痛程度和不良反应。结果:两组患者年龄、性别构成比、手术时间差异无统计学意义。与S组相比,P组患者术后6h内舒适度提高,术后24h内恶心、呕吐的发生率明显下降(P<0.01)。结论:在面神经显微血管减压术中静脉泵注丙泊酚复合雷米芬太尼麻醉维持,以及术中和术后疼痛治疗,有助于提高患者手术后舒适度,减少不良反应。 Objective:To explore the effect of different fast-track surgery strategies on the comfort degree in patients undergoing microvascular decompression(MVD) for facial nerve.Methods:Sixty patients undergoing microvascular decompression for hcmifaeial spasm were randomly divided into two groups(n=30 each).Group S were maintaine^t by sevoflurane and remifentany;Group P were maintained by propofol and remifentany.The recovery quality, comfort degree,pain score and adverse reactions were recorded.Results:There was no significant difference on the age,sex and operation time between two groups.The comfort degree of group P was significant higher than that of group S Within 6h postoperation.Nausea and vomiting rate was lower in group P than in group S within 24h postopration (P〈0.01).Conclusion: Maintained by propofol and remifentany and pain treatment intraoperative and postoperative,can significantly increase the comfort degree and reduce the postoperative complications.
