Effect of Metoprolol Therapy in Chronic Heart Failure Patients

摘要 目的:观察倍他乐克治疗对慢性心力衰竭心功能的影响。方法:182例慢性心力衰竭患者分为两组,治疗组(n=92)在利尿剂、ACEI、强心剂治疗基础上应用倍他乐克。对照组(n=90)应用利尿剂、ACEI、强心剂治疗,使用心脏超声和临床症状判断心功能情况。结果:治疗组患者心力衰竭治疗总有效率89.1%,明显高于对照组的76.7%(P<0.05),治疗组患者LVEF、EDV、ESV均明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用倍他乐克治疗慢性心力衰竭安全有效,值得推广。 Objective:Evaluated whether metoprolol therapy can improve cardic function in chronic heart failure patients. Methods: Consecutive patients were divided into metoprolol therapy group (n=92) or control group (n=90).metoprolol therapy group used metoprolol on the basis of diuretics, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, digitalization drug.control group included diuretics, angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors, digitalization drug.cardic function used clinic and ultracardicgram.Results:The total valid ratio in metoprolol therapy group were higher than control group (89.1% vs 76.7%,P〈0.05),left ventricular ejection frction, end systolic volume, end dialotolic volume were also statistical different(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Metoprolol therapy for chronic heart failure patients is benefit ,it is worthy for more use.
