摘要
目的:总结蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸的特点及护理措施。方法:180例患儿在控制感染、保肝退黄等治疗的基础上,加用蓝光多次间歇照射,一般连续照射8～12h后,停16～12h,总时间在60h以内,并进行细心观察与护理。结果:痊愈157例(87.22%),有效23例(12.78%),,总有效率达100%。经过精心观察护理,均取得满意疗效,无一例出现并发症。结论:蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸疗效好、安全、方便,而正确、精心的护理则是蓝光治疗的关键。
Objeetive：Blu-ray irradiation treatment of neonatal jaundice summarized the characteristics and nursing care.Methods： 180 cases of children in the control of infection,jaundice and other liver protection therapy, based on many occasions plus Blu-ray radiation intermittently,usually 8-12h continuous irradiation,the stopl6~12h,the total time in less than 60h,and for careful observation and care.Results： Recovery in 157 cases （87.22%）,effective 23 cases （12.78%）,total effective rate was 100%.After careful observation of care,with satisfactory results,with no complications.Conclusion：Neonatal jaundice phototherapy is effective,safe,convenient,and accurate,meticulous care is the key to Blu-ray treatment.
