摘要
本文研究了复合钙钛矿PFN- PFW 系统的介电性能。采用控制最佳预烧温度和添加稳定剂以及传统的陶瓷工艺一步合成法,制备出的MLC* * 瓷料,钙钛矿相含量接近100 % ,介电性能完全符合Y5V 特性,制成圆片电容器烧结温度≤950 ±20 ℃。ε= 20000 ±2000 ,tgδ≤1 .0 ×10 - 2 ,△C/C≤60 % ( - 30 ℃~+ 85 ℃) ,IR≥1010Ω;在Polamar 线上制成 MLC,其烧结温度为940 ±10 ℃,ε= 25000 ±1000 ,tgδ≤1 .5 ×10 - 2 ,△C/C≤60 % ( - 30 ℃~+85 ℃) ,IR≥1010Ω。按新国标进行例验,产品全部合格。
Dielectric properties of complex perovskite PFN-PEW system were studied in this paper.By controlling calcining temperature and adding suitable stablizer,and by using one-step synthesis,the conventional ceramic process,we can develop MLC material whose perovskite content is near to 100%.The dielectric properties of the material meet Y5V standard.The properties of the disk capacitors made from this material are:T s≤950±20℃,ε=20000±2000,tgδ≤1.0×10 -2 ,△C/C≤60%(-30℃~+85℃),IR≥10 10 Ω.The properties of MLC made on the Polamar manufacture line are:T s≤940±10℃,ε=25000±1000,tgδ≤1.5×10 -2 ,△C/C≤70%(-30℃~+85℃),IR≥10 10 Ω.The MLCs have all passed the tests (GB2693-86,GB9324-88).
