摘要
目的研究表面磁性膜医用316L不锈钢支架对血管壁炎症反应的影响。方法通过动物体内支架植入,采用蛋白免疫印迹(Western blotting)技术对两支架血管壁炎症因子细胞间黏附分子1(ICAM-1)、白介素6(IL-6)的蛋白合成情况进行分析。结果表面磁性膜支架与普通裸支架相比可以抑制ICAM-1和IL-6蛋白合成从而发挥抑制血管壁炎症反应的作用,且效应至少可以维持3个月。结论该发现可能是其抗血管再狭窄的机制之一。
Objective To investigate the effect of vessels wall inflammation after implanting superficial magnetic film 316L medical stainless steel stent.Mtthods The level of inflammatory factors intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) and interleukin-6(IL-6) in target vessels wall by Western blotting technology were evaluated on superficial magnetic film 316L medical stainless steel stent vs bare-metal stent respectively at 1 month and 3 months after animal models implantation.Results The consequence indicated that at 1 month after implantation of stents,the level of ICAM-1,IL-6 in magnetic group was significantly lower than in bare-metal group(P 0.05);at 3 months after implantation of stents,there has not statistical difference about the level of ICAM-1 in both groups,but the level of IL-6 in bare-metal group was significantly higher than in magnetic group(P 0.05).The effect of inhibiting synthesis of ICAM-1 and IL-6 protein can last for 3 months.Conclusion These findings maybe one of the mechanisms of anti-proliferation and anti-restenosis.
