小儿柴桂退热颗粒治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical Curative Effects of Xiaoerchaiguiqingre Keli Treatment on Herpangina

目的分析小儿柴桂退热颗粒治疗疱疹性咽峡炎患者的疗效及安全性。方法 72例疱疹性咽峡炎患者分为观察组和对照组。对照组:利巴韦林,观察组:小儿柴桂退热颗粒。结果观察组总有效率为97.22%(35/36),与对照组总有效率94.44%(34/36)组间比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。观察组在体温恢复正常、流涎消失、疱疹溃疡愈合、总病程与对照组相比,观察组明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.01)。两组均未发现不良反应患者。结论应用小儿柴桂退热颗粒治疗疱疹性咽峡炎安全有效,能够有效缩短病程。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Xiaoerchaiguiqingre Keli treatment on herpangina.Methods 72 herpangina patients were divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with ribavirin,the observation group was treated with Xiaoerchaiguiqingre Keli.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.22%（35/36）,which compared with that of the control group [94.44%（34/36）],there is no significant difference（P 0.05）.The items such as temperature returns to normal,salivation disappeared,herpes ulcer healed,total duration of the observation group was better than those of control group,and had significant difference（P 0.01）.Two groups of patients with adverse reactions were not found.Conclusion The Xiaoerchaiguiqingre Keli treatment on herpangina is safe and effective,which can shorten the duration of symptoms.
