盆底肌电刺激联合干扰电治疗脊髓损伤后尿失禁患者的疗效观察

The Effect Observation of Electrical Stimulation of Pelvic Floor Muscles and Interferential Therapy on Urinary Incontinence Caused by Spinal Cord Injury

目的观察盆底肌电刺激联合干扰电对脊髓损伤后尿失禁患者的治疗效果。方法本研究共选取45例不完全性脊髓损伤后尿失禁患者,分为三组进行对比实验,原始组仅采用常规治疗,对照组采用电针治疗,治疗组采用盆底肌电刺激联合干扰电治疗,治疗时间平均为3个月,通过记录残余尿量对比观察治疗结果。结果除原始组症状无明显改善外,对照组与治疗组均获得满意疗效,而治疗组治疗效果优于对照组。结论盆底肌电刺激联合干扰电治疗对脊髓损伤后尿失禁患者有显著治疗作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of electrical stimulation of pelvic floor muscles and interferential therapy on urinary incontinence caused by spinal cord injury.Methods 45 patients were divided into a natural group,a control group and a treatment group.The natural group taken only conventional therapy.Electrical acupunctural therapy was given to the control group and electrical stimulation of pelvic floor muscles combined with interferential therapy was given to the treatment group,the average time was 3 months of all and contracted the results by observing the residual urine volume.Results Except the natural group had no significantly change,the bladder function of both groups was improved after treatment,but the effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion Electrical stimulation of pelvic floor muscles combined with interferential therapy can improve the bladder function in the SCI patients.
