周氏剖宫产子宫切口在二次剖宫产中的临床应用分析

Analysis of Clinical Application on Chow Cesarean Uterine Incision for Cesarean Delivery in the Secondary

目的评价周氏剖宫产子宫切口在二次剖宫产中的临床应用效果。方法 12例二次剖宫产产妇分为两组,观察组采用周氏剖宫产子宫切口治疗,对照组采用常规子宫下段切口治疗。结果观察组孕妇的手术时间、出血量和胎儿娩出时间都明显少于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。观察组仅1例切口轻度撕裂,对照组有5例切口撕裂;观察组新生儿窒息发生2例,对照组窒息发生6例。切口撕裂和新生儿窒息发生率相比也有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论周氏剖宫产子宫切口在二次剖宫产中应用效果好,缩短了手术时间与胎儿娩出时间,减少了出血量,减少了术后并发症,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Chow cesarean uterine incision on the second cesarean section.Methods 12 patients with secondary cesarean section were divided into two groups.The observation group were treated with Chou cesarean uterine incision,the control group were taken with conventional treatment of lower uterine segment incision.Results The operation time,amount of bleeding and fetal expulsion time of pregnant women in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group,the difference was significant（P 0.05）.Only one case of the observation group had mild tear incision,while the control group had 5 cases;the observation group had 2 cases of neonatal asphyxia,while the control group had 6 cases of neonatal asphyxia.The rate of laceration and neonatal asphyxia had significant difference（P 0.05）.Conclusion The Chow cesarean uterine incision on the second cesarean section has great application effect,at the same time,it can shorten the operation time and the time of baby delivery,reduce the amount of bleeding,and reduce postoperative complications.It is worthy of clinical application.
