膀胱水扩张治疗间质性膀胱炎的临床观察与护理

Clinical Observation and Nursing of Water Expansion of the Bladder for the Treatment of Interstitial Cystitis

目的探讨膀胱水扩张治疗间质性膀胱炎的临床观察与护理。方法对接受膀胱水扩张治疗的间质性膀胱炎患者,做好术前后常规护理的同时,切实做好全程的心理护理、治疗前后记录排尿日记、持续膀胱冲洗的护理、留置尿管的护理,加强术后并发症的观察与护理、出院健康指导。结果本组病例通过心理干预与健康指导后焦虑、抑郁症状明显缓解,能积极配合治疗。治疗后排尿症状明显改善,每次尿量增多,排尿间隔时间延长,尿频、尿急、盆腔疼痛等症状改善。结论对膀胱水扩张治疗间质性膀胱炎患者通过心理干预与有效健康教育,可缓解患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,增强治疗信心积极配合治疗,提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical observation and nursing of water expansion of bladder for the treatment of interstitial cystitis.Methods The patients with interstitial cystitis who accepted the treatment of water expansion of the bladder were given the routine nursing before and after surgery and the whole psychological care,the voiding diary,continuous bladder irrigation nursing,indwelling catheter nusing were recorded before and after treatment,and the observation and nursing of postoperative complications were strengthened,the patients were given the health guidance after leaving hospital.Results Through psychological intervention and health guidance,the patients＇ anxiety and depression symptoms were relieved,and they could actively cooperate with treatment.After the treatment urinary symptoms improved,urine output each time increased,voiding interval prolonged,frequent urination,urinary urgency,pelvic pain and other symptoms improved.Conclusion For the patients with interstitial cystitis by the treatment of water expansion of bladder,psychological intervention and effective health education can alleviate anxiety and depression,enhance the confidence of treatment,make them actively cooperate with the treatment,and improve the quality of life.
