经鼻内镜手术治疗鼻腔颅底巨大脑膜瘤围手术期的护理

The Perioperative Nursing of Nasal Endoscope Surgery for the Treatment of Large Skull Base Meningiomas of Nasal Cavity

目的探讨经鼻内镜手术治疗鼻腔颅底脑膜瘤围手术期的护理措施。方法回顾分析2010年6月我科成功治疗一例鼻腔颅底巨大脑膜瘤的临床资料,总结鼻腔颅底脑膜瘤经鼻内镜手术治疗围手术期的护理特点和措施。结果第一次手术后由于患者出院后没有严格执行出院宣教和按时返院复诊,最终产生术后并发症。第二次入院后经一系列对症治疗及精心护理后,患者康复出院。结论经鼻内镜手术治疗鼻腔颅底脑膜瘤围手术期积极做好充分的术前准备及患者的心理护理;术后严密观察病情,加强健康指导,尽早发现不良因素,防止术后并发症的发生,是手术成功和康复的重要保证。

Objective To explore the perioperative nursing of nasal endoscope surgery for the treatment of skull base meningiomas of nasal cavity.Methods The clinical data of large skull base meningiomas of nasal cavity of one case treated successfully in our department in June 2010 were retrospectively analyzed,the perioperative nursing characteristics and measures of nasal endoscope surgery for the treatment of skull base meningiomas of nasal cavity were summarized.Results After the first surgery,the patients discharged from the hospital did not strictly implement the publicity and education and return visit on time,ultimately the complications happened.After the second surgery,the patients recoverd and discharged from the hospital by a series of post-symptomatic treatment and intensive nursing.Conclusions During perioperative period of nasal endoscope surgery for the treatment of skull base meningiomas of nasal cavity,carrying out actively adequate preoperative preparation and psychological care of the patients,observing closely the diseases,strengthening the health guidance,finding the adverse factors and preventing the postoperative complications are the important guarantee of surgery success and rehabilitation.
