摘要
目的探讨多层羊膜移植治疗病毒性角膜溃疡的护理措施。方法对21例21眼行多层羊膜移植术的病毒性角膜溃疡患者制定和执行护理方案,总结护理经验。结果 21例(21眼)患者,术后角膜溃疡愈合良好,随访1年无复发。结论多层羊膜移植治疗病毒性角膜溃疡疗效确切,良好的围手术期护理能促进创面愈合和减少并发症。
Objective To analyze the nursing measures of curing virus corneal ulcer with multilayer amniotic membrane transplantation.Methods To enact and execute the nursing measures of 21 virus corneal ulcer eyes of 21 cases,which were cured through multilayer amniotic membrane transplantation under microscope.Results All the 21 eyes of 21 cases were healed well and there was no recurrence for following up 1 years.Conclusion Curing virus corneal ulcer with multilayer amniotic membrane transplantation is an effective method,the satisfactory perioperative nursing can enhancement wound surface healing and reduce complications.
