神经外科疾病与医院内感染菌群关系研究

The Relationship between Neurosurgery and Hospital Infection Bacteria

目的探讨神经外科疾病住院患者医院感染菌群发生的特点,制定有效的预防控制措施。方法回顾性调查分析2004年1月～2009年12月神经外科住院患者医院感染菌群情况。结果 2004年1月～2009年12月回顾性监测重型颅脑损伤、颅内肿瘤及高血压脑出血共计931例住院患者医院感染情况。其中革兰氏阴性菌感染率34.28%,革兰氏阳性菌感染率16.42%,真菌感染率5.0%。在各类疾病中以高血压性脑出血患者感染率为最高。结论加强基础和专科护理,提高送检率,明确病原学诊断,可指导合理用药,有效预防和控制神经外科疾病医院感染率。

Objective To understand the characteristic of nosocomial infections in department of neurosurgery in hospital,so as to take effective preventive measures to control.Methods The levels of nosocomial infections were studied by retrospective analysis in patients of neurosurgery department from 01/2004 to 12/2009.Results In 931 cases of grave craniocerebral injury,intracranial tumor and hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,the infection rate of Gram-negative bacteria was 34.28%,the infection rate of Gram-positive bacteria was 16.42%,the infection rate of mycotic was 5.0%.The highest infection rate among all diseases was in hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients.Conclusion Effective preventive measures should be taken to control nosocomial infections in department of neurosurgery,basic and specific nursing should be enhanced,and elevating the examination rate,identifying the diagnosis of etiology is for rational drug administration.
