摘要
数控机床在低速进给时,会发生非匀速爬行,对加工精度和工件表面质量非常不利。本文主要研究爬行现象的一种数学模型建立,分析发生爬行现象的临界速度,推导出影响临界速度的各个因素。
When the CNC machine tool feeds at a low speed,its speed will became instable which is harmful to the machining accuracy and surface quality.The paper focus on establishing one math model of feeding system,the analysis of the crawl velocity,the research on the factors about the creeping speed,at last verifying it with.
