In the modern times we need to fine management about ideological and political work,This topic is worth the ideological and political education workers further research.To think of fine management of ideological and political work should be more scientific and humanism,we need to grasp two fundamentals that are the implications and characteristics of ideological and political work,and,we have to seize three dimensions in the fine management of ideological and political work.In order to enhance the level of it,we need to work on three aspects which are to change management methods,to face reality demands and to invigorate the work carriers.
