摘要
目的建立舒乐热熨剂中4种挥发性成分的测定方法。方法采用毛细管气相色谱法,色谱柱为HP-INNO-WAX毛细管柱(30 m×0.32 mm×0.5μm);柱温(程序升温):初始温度85℃,维持2 min,再以每分钟12℃的升温速率升至150℃,维持4 min;进样口温度:150℃;FID检测器温度:250℃;正己烷为溶解介质,载气为氮气,分流比为1:1。结果本法线性关系良好,r=0.999 1~0.999 9,精密度RSD均小于3.0%,平均加样回收率分别为94.56%、95.32%、97.76%、98.88%,其RSD在1.12%、1.51%、1.88%、2.10%。结论该方法操作简便快速,灵敏度高,准确度好,可作为舒乐热熨剂质量控制指标。
Abjective To establish a method for determination of four volatile constituents in Shulereyunji.Methods GC was conducted on a HP—INNOWAX column(30 m×0.32 mm ×0.5 μm).The column temperature programming was initial temperature 85 ℃(hold 2 min),with the increasing rate of 12 ℃·min-1 to 150 ℃(hold 4 min);The injector temperature was 150 ℃ and FID detector temperature was 250 ℃;Solvent media was n-hexane and the carrier gas was N2 and the split ratio was 1:1.Results There was a good linearity in the experimental concentration(r=0.999 1~0.999 9),the RSD of precision were all less than 3.0%.The average recoveries of the 4 constituents were 94.56%,95.32%,97.76%,98.88%,and the RSDs were 1.12%,1.51%,1.88%,2.10%.Conclusion The method was simple,accurate and sensitive.It can be used to identify and evaluate the quality of Shulereyunji.
