摘要
以苯乙酸乙酯和乙醇胺为原料合成了苄青霉素低毒前体苯乙酰基乙醇胺。最佳合成条件为:n(苯乙酸乙酯)n(乙醇胺)= 1∶1.05;催化剂与苯乙酸的质量比为2 % ;反应温度为130℃;反应时间为3h。产品收率为97.4 % ,纯度≥98% 。
The phenylacetyl ethanolamine,a low toxic precurson of benzylpenicillin,was synthesized by using ethyl phenylacetate and colamine as raw materials.The results showed that the best technical conditions were as follows:molar ratio of ethyl phenylacetate to colamine was 1∶1.05,the amount of catalysts was 2%,the reaction temperature was 130℃,the reaction time was 3h,the yield was 97.4%,the purity of the product was no less than 98%.
