摘要
在氢氧化钾碱性介质中,以四丁基溴化铵Bu4 N+ Br- (TBAB) 为相转移催化剂,由对硝基氯苯(PCNB) 和辛醇(C8 H17 OH)反应合成了1辛氧基4硝基苯醚,研究了催化剂、碱、温度等因素对反应的影响,最佳工艺条件为:n(PCNB)∶n(C8 H17 OH)∶n(KOH)∶n(TBAB)= 1∶1.2∶1.5∶0.03,反应温度为100℃,产品收率为85 .0 % ,经液相色谱分析,产品纯度为95.5% 。
Octyloxy 4 nitrobenzene ether was obtained using Bu 4N +Br -(TBAB) as phase transfer catalyst in the pre sence of KOH by reaction of 1 chloro 4 nitrobenzene (PCNB) and 1 octanol.Effects of catalyst,base and temperature were studied.The optimum molar ratio was determined:PCNB∶C 8H 17 OH∶KOH∶TBAB=1∶1.2∶1.5∶0.03.The reaction temperature was 100℃.The yield of the product was 85%,the purity of the product was over 95.5% by LC.
