The main content of the college ability-oriented education is the construction of engineering college network culture which plays an important role in ethics education. The engineering ethics education is a new cross-link subject between humanities education and science and technology education, which requires universities especially engineering colleges network culture in the construction of the education concept, to establish a scientific education idea and correct direction of public opinion, interdisciplinary cooperation, cultivating students to build up the social responsibility, the correct values, the benefit and intense ethical moral consciousness.
