摘要 通过原位聚合法制备了酚醛树脂(PF)为囊壁、红磷为囊芯的超细微胶囊红磷(MRP)阻燃剂,并采用红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱、激光粒度分布仪对其进行表征;结果表明,制得的MRP平均粒径为7.5μm,表面包覆紧密。进一步采用MRP、炭黑及乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)对高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)进行阻燃改性;结果表明,使用HDPE 70份、EVA 30份、MRP 8份、炭黑20份、其他适量(均为质量份)的配方,可得到阻燃性能和机械性能均好的电缆料。 Ultra microencapsulated red phosphorus (MRP) flame retardant was prepared by in-situ pol- ymerization method with phenol-formaldehyde (PF) resin as shell and RP as core. The MRP was characterized by IR, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and laser particle size analyzer, respectively. The results showed that the average size of MRP was 7.5 μm and a compactness surface was formed. Moreover, the flame retardant modification of cable compound was made by means of adding MRP, carbon black and EVA to HDPE. The results showed by using HDPE 70 phr, EVA 30 phr, MRP 8 phr, carbon black 20 phr, and proper amount of other fillers ( all were mass weight) , a cable compound with both good flame retardancy and mechanical properties could be prepared.
