摘要
以电脑风扇为例,采用计算机辅助软件Pro/ENGNIEER Wildfire3.0和有限元分析软件MoldFlow相结合的方法对其进行三维建模及翘曲参数优化设计,阐述了零件复杂曲面分模面的构建方法,分析其翘曲原因并优化其影响参数,使翘曲变形量达到允许范围,从而为复杂曲面建模及其分模面设计和翘曲变形优化提供理论依据,缩短模具设计周期,提高产品质量。
Take PC fans as an example, the combination methods of computer-aided software Pro/E and the finite element analysis software MoldFlow were used for the three dimensional model designing and warpage parameter optimization. It is also elaborated the construction methods of complex parting surface, analyzed the causes of the warpage and optimizing its parameter for the permitted range. Thereby a theory for complex surface modeling and its parting surfaces designing were provided. This can shorten the design cycle of mold and improve the produet qualities.
