水针刀疗法治疗单纯性小儿肌性斜颈42例

Acupotomology Therapy on children with Simple Muscular Torticollis:The study of 42 Cases

目的:探讨水针刀疗法对单纯性小儿斜颈的疗效。方法:对42例单纯性小儿肌性斜颈采用水针刀进行松解和药物注入治疗。结果:在42例斜颈患儿中,治愈30例,占71.4%;好转8例,占19.1%;无效4例,9.5%;总有效率为90.5%。结论:采用水针刀疗法,节省时间,降低医疗费用,风险小;疗效确切,简便易行。

Objective：To study the effects of Acupotomology therapy on children with simple muscular torticollis. Methods：42 cases of children with simple muscular torticollis were used acupotomy to loose and inject drugs. Results：in 42 cases of children with simple muscular torticollis,cure 30 cases,account for 71.4%;improvement 8 cases,account for 19.1%;4 cases in vain,account for 9.5%;the total efficacy rate was 90.5%. Conclusion：Using acupotomology therapy can save time,reduce the medical expenses,have small risks,a better efficacy and easy to operate.
