目的分析影响职工身体健康的主要危险因素及特点,为健康教育提供理论依据。方法本样本回顾分析某单位职工2009～2010年两年健康体检结果的临床资料。结果高血压、高脂血症、糖尿病、男职工中前列腺肥大和女性中妇科B超异常的检出率均呈现逐年递增的趋势,心电图异常有所下降,2010年体检总的疾病检出率63.8%,明显高于2009年的50.7%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论加强职工健康教育,做到定期体检,疾病早诊断、早治疗。
