瑞格列奈联合甘精胰岛素治疗糖尿病60例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 60 Case of Repaglinide Insulin Glargine Combined Treatment for Diabetes

目的探讨瑞格列奈联合甘精胰岛素治疗糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取本院2009年1月~10月收治的糖尿病患者120例,随机分为两组,每组各60例。治疗组采用甘精胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗,对照组采用胰岛素泵持续皮下注射治疗,对比观察两组病例的临床疗效。结果两组强化治疗前一般情况差异无统计学意义,治疗后两组患者胰岛B细胞功能均得到明显改善。结论瑞格列奈联合甘精胰岛素治疗口服降糖药控制不良的糖尿病患者可改善血糖控制水平,提高治疗达标率,同时低血糖风险较低,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate insulin glargine repaglinide combined clinical effect of treatment of diabetes.Methods A hospital in January 2009-10 January diabetes treated 120 patients were randomly divided into two groups,each group had 60 cases.Insulin glargine treatment groups combined with repaglinide treatment,the control group continued subcutaneous insulin pump therapy,compared to the clinical effects were observed.Results The two groups before the general intensive therapy was no significant difference between two groups after treatment islet B cell function were significantly improved.Conclusions Insulin glargine repaglinide combined oral hypoglycemic agents in patients with poorly controlled diabetes may improve glycemic control level,to improve treatment compliance rate,while lower risk of low blood sugar,is worthy of clinical use.
