老年2型糖尿病合并脑梗塞临床分析

Analysis of Senile Type-2 Diabetes Complicated with Lacunar Infarction

目的通过对糖尿病合并脑梗塞的临床特点分析,力求对该疾病做到早期诊断、早期防止。方法随机选择2010年1月-2010年12月本院神经内科病房收治的糖尿病合并脑梗塞45例（糖尿病组）,与同期非糖尿病脑梗塞45例（对照组）进行对照分析,探讨该疾病的一些特点。结果糖尿病组血生化及凝血谱测定示糖尿病组FBG、TG、Fbg、BUN均明显高于对照组（P〈0.01、P〈0.05、P〈0.01、P〈0.05）;肾功能不全、肺部感染、泌尿系感染在糖尿病组有显著增多（P〈0.05）。结论在血糖控制不佳者脑梗塞更多见。宜在积极控制血糖基础上综合治疗以降低致残率、死亡率。

Objective To study the clinical characteristics of diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction and increase the understanding of early diagnosis and prevention.Methods Randomly selected in January 2010-2010 Department of Neurology in December hospital wards treated 45 cases of cerebral infarction with diabetes（diabetic group）,with the same period 45 cases of cerebral infarction without diabetes（control group） were compared to explore some of the disease Characteristics.Results Blood biochemistry and coagulation in diabetic group showed the diabetic group spectrometry FBG,TG,Fbg,BUN was significantly higher（P0.01,P 0.05,P 0.01,P 0.05）;Renal insufficiency,pulmonary infection,urinary tract infection in the diabetic group was significantly increased（P 0.05）.Conclusion Infarction in those with poor blood sugar control more common.Active control of blood glucose should be based on the comprehensive treatment to reduce morbidity and mortality.
