我院2007年～2009年门诊处方评价与合理用药分析

Out-patient Evaluation and Rational Use of Prescription in Our Hospital in 2007～2009

目的评价我院门诊处方及用药情况,以提高处方质量,促进临床合理用药。方法随机抽取我院2007年5月执行《处方管理办法》前后及2008年、2009年的门诊处方各1800张,逐一进行审查,对书写不规范、用药不合理及抗菌药物应用处方进行归类、分析。结果我院门诊处方自实施《处方管理办法》之后在书写规范上有大幅提高,但在合理用药,尤其抗菌药物的合理应用上仍欠缺。结论我院处方书写已逐渐规范到位,但用药不合理现象仍需引起重视,临床医生、药师应加强药学、医学知识学习,以提高医疗质量。

Objective To evaluate our hospital out-patient prescription and drug use in order to improve the quality of prescription,and promote rational clinical drug.Methods A randomly selected hospital in May 2007 implementation of the ＂Prescription Management＂ before and in 2008,2009,the 1800 outpatient prescriptions,one by one review of the writing is not standardized,drug prescription unreasonable and Antimicrobials classified analysis.Results Since the implementation of prescriptions in our hospital,＂Prescription Management,＂ after the written specifications have substantially improved,but in rational drug use,particularly on the rational use of antimicrobial agents are still lacking.Conclusion We have been gradually standardized prescription writing in place,but still need to pay attention to the phenomenon of irrational drug use,clinicians,pharmacists should strengthen pharmaceutical,medical knowledge and learning in order to improve the quality of medical care.
