摘要
通过简单介绍桑代克的学习定律：准备律、练习律和效果律,探讨这三大学习定律在护理教学中的应用,以期能为护理教学的发展起到一定的促进作用。
Discuss the application of Learning laws in nursing teaching through introducing the Learning laws（refers to Law of Readiness、Law of Exercise and Law of Effect）of Thorndike EL simplely,hoping to play a role in promoting the development of nursing teaching.
