锆铁红颜料微观结构研究 被引量:2

摘要 以ZrO2 ,SiO2 为基本原料,加以适当的着色剂、矿化剂,经焙烧后制得锆铁红颜料. 采用XRD,SEM,TEM 及EPMA等现代化测试手段,测定了锆铁红颜料的矿物组成及微观结构. 研究结果表明:锆铁红颜料既不是单一的包裹型,也不是单一的固溶型,而是两者并存. 这一结论对合理控制制备过程工艺参数,获得高质量颜料具有决定性的意义. Iron-zircon pigment was prepared. The base materials of the pigment are oxides (ZrO 2,SiO 2) added with appropriate mineralizer and colorant. By means of XRD,SEM,EPMA,TEM,etc,the mineral composition and microstructure of the pigment are discussed. From the results, it is showed that iron-zircon pigment exists not only in combining inclusion but also in solid solution. It is critical to obtain pigment of good quality by rationally controlling the technical parameters in preparing process.
