摘要
用新的玻璃形成区探索方法研究了La2O3 的质量分数分别为1% ,5% ,10% 时含Nb2O5 ,La2O3 系统玻璃的形成区( 玻璃生成体分别为P2O5 ,SiO2 ,B2O3,TeO2 + GeO2 ,修饰体为BaO,ZnO) . 这些系统可作为激光激活离子Nd3 + ,Yb3+ ,Ho3+ ,Tm3 + ,Er3+ 等掺杂的理想基质.
Formation ranges of glass containing Nb 2O 5 and La 2O 3 were studied by new method for exploration of glass formation in new systems when La 2O 3 is 1%,5%,10% (in mole) and glass former are P 2O 5,SiO 2,B 2O 3 and TeO 2+GeO 2 respectively (modifer is BaO and ZnO respectively). These systems of glass may be taken as excellent hosts for doping of lasing ions such as Nd 3+ ,Yb 3+ ,Ho 3+ ,Tm 3+ and Er 3+ .
