摘要
用水基溶胶- 凝胶法制备了锂离子导体Li3Zn0.5SiO4 的纯相. 实验中对干凝胶进行了TG- DTA 分析.XRD谱结果表明形成了与高温Li3PO4 结构相关的Li3Zn0.5SiO4 晶相.TEM 结果则显示晶粒尺寸为50 nm 左右. 应用交流阻抗谱技术进行了样品烧结体的电性能测试.
A new liquid source using water as a solvent was studied to prepare Li 3Zn 0.5 SiO 4 single_phase by the sol-gel method. TG-DTA methods were employed to analyze the xerogel. XRD results show that the Li 3Zn 0.5 SiO 4 is structurally related to high_Li 3PO 4 phase. TEM photographs show that the grain size of the sample annealed at 900 ℃ is about 50 nm. Ionic conductivity was determined by means of AC impedance technique. Compared with the samples by the conventional solid state reaction, the experimental results show that Li 3Zn 0.5 SiO 4 can be obtained at lower temperature.
