摘要
目的:研究三子颗粒剂的剂型改造,优选三子洗液制备的最佳提取工艺。方法:应用正交试验筛选三子洗液的最佳提取工艺;采用高效液相色谱法测定其含量。结果:醇提的最佳工艺为6倍量75%的乙醇溶液,回流提取3次,每次2 h;水提取的最佳工艺为8倍量水,回流提取3次,每次1 h。结论:结果表明醇提最佳工艺为A2B3C1D3;水提最佳工艺为A1B3C1;本实验为三子洗剂的提取工艺提供基础依据,为三子洗剂的最佳生产工艺提供科学依据。
Objective:The purpose of this study is develop a method to remake the form of a sanzi granules,and select the best technical way to extract the Sanzi granules.Methods:Using the orthogonal test to select the best techincal way to extract the sanzi granules,and measuresing the content of sanzi granules by the highly active liquid chromatography.Results:The best extract way for sanzi granules by ethanol is using 6 times ethanol to extract it,reflux 3 times and spend 2 hours for each time,while the best extract way for it by water is using 6 times water to extract,reflux 3 times and spend 1 hour for each time.Conclusion: The study results showed that the best ethanol extract way was A2B3C1D3,while the best water extract way was A1B3C1.The result of this study provided the basic information for the manufacture of sanzi granules,and also provided the scientific foundation for the productive technology of sanzi granules.
