This paper starts from quality -oriented education during the management for high vocational class supervisors.And by analyzing the characteristics of vocational students,the author elaborates on the idea that class supervisor should be student-oriented, strengthen students＇ management,and be careful with the art of criticism in education.Combined with class and grade management,we should put the theory into practice and will achieve good results in quality - oriented education and criticism education.
