Along with the deepening of the reform,the role of the democratic autonomy for the urban community in social management is converting and improving continuously.It also becomes the breakthrough point for the exploration of national social system reform mode,as well as new practicing window.We will discuss the effective paths to realize the urban community - based democratic autonomy based on the practical experience of Kangning community.
