试论高校应建立离退休人员身份验证制度

The Necessity of Establishing the Authentication System for Retirees in Universities

党的十七大提出"构建和谐社会",以创新精神做好服务与管理工作,这同样也要求和制约着我国离退休工作的进步,本文就建立身份验证制度的必要性和可行性、实施身份验证制度的措施、未通过身份验证的处理方法来告知离退休人员遇到此类状况应该如何保卫自己的权利和如何正当使用身份验证。

The Party＇s 17th Congress has put forward ＂building a harmonious society, ＂ which asks us to do a good job in management and service with the spirit of innovation, which also requires and restricts the progress of the work of retirement. This paper analyzes necessity and feasibility of the authentication system to establish the implementation of Identity card system. For those who don＇t pass, the author proposes some measures to verify the identity card to inform retirees how this happens and how to defend their right, and how to use authentication properly.
