生育期、贮藏期和产地品种对姜黄品质的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的 :通过影响姜黄品质的因素研究 ,为姜黄优质种源选择、贮藏及优质栽培提供依据。方法 :田间试验法和定期取样测定。结果 :母姜和子姜之姜黄素和挥发油含量随生育进程而增加 ,姜黄素含量分别于 9月上旬和 1 0月上旬达最大值 ( 3.77% ,3.2 8% )。母姜挥发油含量于 9月上旬达最大值9.5 % (ml·g- 1,下同 )。子姜挥发油含量随着子姜的逐渐形成和干物质累积而逐渐下降。子姜挥发油含量于收获时达 8.2 %~ 8.5 % ,不同产地品种 ,其总姜黄素和挥发油含量有差异。随贮藏年限的增加 ,根状茎中总姜黄素和挥发油含量逐渐下降。结论 :姜黄宜在植株枯萎后即采收 ,贮藏年限以 3年内为宜。建议姜黄药材总姜黄素含量应不得低于 2 .5 % ,总挥发油含量应不得低于 7.0 %。 Objective :Toprovidecriteriaforselection ,storageandcultivationoftherhizomeofCurcumalonga . Method:Fieldobservationandsampleanalysisontherhizome .Result:Thecontentsofcurcuminoidsandessentialoilsin motheranddaughterrhizomewentupwiththeprogressofplantdevelopment.Thecontentsofcurcuminoidsreachedthe maximuminearlySeptemberandearlyOctober.Thecontentsofessentialoilsinmotherrhizomereachedthemaximumin earlySeptember.Thecontentsofcurcuminoidsandessentialoilsintherhizomevariedwiththespeciesandwentdown withtheincreaseofstorageyears.Conclusion :Therhizomeshouldbecollectedwhenleavesoftheplanthavejustwith ered .Thesuitablestoragetimeistreeyears.
