On Enhancing the Reform of Traffic Management Mechanism

通过对某市公安交通执法的调研,创新性地提出了公安交通管理的三个基本矛盾和两大基本关系,从多角度解析了规范执法问题,为推进公安交通管理体制改革吹响了号角。

Three basic contradictions and two relationship in traffic management are put forward based on a survey of traffic law enforcement in some city.Then the problems of law enforcement regularization are analyzed from various angles.And last,suggestions are given to enhance the reform of traffic management mechanism.
