消痛贴膏治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床研究

目的观察消痛贴膏治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法采用随机对照方法分组,给药1个疗程,观察消痛贴膏的临床疗效。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01),治疗组与对照组均无不良反应。结论消痛贴膏是治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的一种安全有效的药物。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of Xiao Tong Tie Ointment for knee joint osteoarthritis.Methods The patients were equally randomized into experimental and control groups with Meloxicam Tablets used as the medicine for contro1 The effect that carried out 1 weeks respectively for the 100regular bone arthritis patients of knee joint was observed.Results The treatment group was more effective than the compared group（P0.01） and both of two groups have not adverse effect.Conclusion Xiao Tong Tie Ointment is a kind of effective and safe drug that cures Knee Joint Osteoarthritis.
