摘要
目的探讨健康体检人群的体重与相关疾病的关系及护理措施。方法对2003年01月至2009年12月在体检中心进行健康体检的45803例体检者的体重指数与相关疾病进行分析,并探讨肥胖患者的护理措施。结果体重指数(BMI)与高血压、高血脂症、胆结石和糖尿病发病率密切相关,肥胖患者的护理措施主要包括饮食护理、运动护理和心理护理。结论体重指数过高会导致各种相关疾病的发生,应加强护理干预以降低体重相关疾病的发生率。
Objective To investigate the relations and care measures of weight and related diseases in Physical examination crowd.Methods BMI and related diseases.of 45803 Physical examinations were analysed in our Physical examination center from June 2003 to September 2009;and to explore the nursing care of obese patients Results BMI is closely related to the prevalence rate of hypertension,hyperlipemia,gallstone and diabetes;and the obese patient＇s nursing measure mainly includes diet nursing,movement nursing and psychological nursing.Conclusion Body mass index is too high can cause a variety of related diseases occur,should strengthen the nursing intervention to reduce the weight-related diseases incidence.
