膀胱癌CK20和Bcl-2的表达和临床意义

目的探讨CK20和Bcl-2在膀胱癌中的表达和临床的意义。方法用免疫组化SP法检测140例膀胱癌的组织中CK20和Bcl-2的表达。结果 CK20在103例肿瘤组织中有表达,阳性率为66.9%,Bcl-2表达随着病理分级、分期上升而增高,CK20的表达和膀胱癌的T分期及远处转移呈正相关。结论 CK20可能参与了膀胱癌的侵袭和转移,CK20也可以作为判断的因子,能够提高对膀胱癌患者病情的判断。Bcl-2则能够作为判断膀胱癌的恶性度及预后的重要指标。

Objective to investigate CK20 and Bcl-2 in bladder cancer the expression and clinical significance.Methods using immunohistochemistry SP method to detect 140 cases of bladder cancer tissues CK20 and Bcl-2 expression.Results in CK20 103 cases of the tumor has expressed,positive rate,66.9% Bcl-2 expression expression with pathologic stage,stage rise and heighten,CK20 expression and bladder T stage and distant metastasis were positively correlated.Conclusion CK20 may be involved in the bladder invasion and metastasis,CK20 can also act as a judge,can improve the factor of bladder cancer patients after judgment.Bcl-2 can be as judge of bladder cancer and prognosis of malignant degrees are important indexes.
