摘要
利用活性较强的流化床粉煤灰,采用低温水热合成法合成分子筛的试验结果表明:在封闭体系中,在短时间内晶化程度随时间的增长而增加,在12小时后随着时间的增长而降低,甚至出现转晶现象。在碱度较小时,随着碱度的逐渐增加,结晶度先上升后下降;在反应时间较短的情况下,碱度越大越有利于分子筛的生成;在反应时间较长的情况下,碱度较小有利于分子筛的生成;在碱度大的情况下,容易生成X型分子筛。
The result of utilizing fluidized-bed combustion flying ash as a raw material and adopting hydro-thermal method to compose zeolite show that in short time the crystallinity is increasing with the extension of time in the sealed system.After twelve hours,crystallinity displays the tendency of decline with the extension of time,even the crystallization charges.When alkalinity is on the small side,its rising is good for the crystal of reactant.But when alkalinity goes on rising,crystallinity will decline.As the time of the reaction is short,the stronger alkalinity is,the easier zeolite is produced.On the contrary,if it is long,when alkalinity is on the small side,it is advantageous to produce zeolite.When the alkalinity is strong,it is easy to produce zeolite-X.
