摘要 目的观察高效抗逆转录病毒疗法(HAART)与心理干预对HIV感染者外周血CD4+T细胞内Ca2+浓度、细胞凋亡率、细胞线粒体膜电位的改变,探讨其对HIV感染者外周血CD4+T细胞凋亡的影响。方法应用免疫磁珠分离外周血CD4+T细胞,流式细胞术检测细胞内Ca2+浓度,线粒体膜电位,细胞凋亡率。结果 HAART治疗心理干预对HIV感染者外周血CD4+T细胞凋亡百分率明显低于对照组,降低细胞内Ca2+浓度,提高线粒体膜电位,与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HAART治疗可抑制HIV感染者外周血CD4+T细胞凋亡的发生,可能与其稳定线粒体膜电位,抑制细胞内钙超载作用相关。
