舍雷肽酶预防根管治疗中疼痛的临床分析

The clinical effect analysis of preventing endodontic interappointment pain with serrapeptase

目的观察舍雷肽酶在预防根管治疗中疼痛的疗效。方法随机选取进行根管治疗术的60例患者作为实验组,术后当日即服舍雷肽酶肠溶片10 mg,每日3次,连服3 d;同时选择60例未服舍雷肽酶肠溶片的根管治疗术患者作为对照组。结果 2组病例发生根管治疗中疼痛,实验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舍雷肽酶用于预防根管治疗中疼痛有积极疗效。

Objective To observe clinical effects of preventing endodontic interappointment pain with serrapeptase.Methods 60 patients（Group 1） with root canal therapy were randomly selected.10mg serrapeptase enteric-coated tablets was taken night after therapy by 3 times each day for 3 days.60 patients（Group 2） were given nothing for blank control.Results Significant differences of post-treatment-pain were found between the two groups（P0.05） and the possibility of pain in Group 1 was lower than Group 2.Conclusion It＇s considered to be a better way to take serrapeptase to prevent endodontic interappointment pain.
