目的了解我院实行抗菌药物分级管理几年来,特殊使用药品的应用状况。方法通过院内医院信息系统(HIS系统)查询统计近几年我院特殊使用抗菌药物使用数量,分析特殊使用抗菌药物合理应用的情况。结果特殊使用抗菌药物临床使用数量趋于合理。结论实行抗菌药物分级管理,促进抗菌药物合理应用,保护抗生素资源。
